Year 9 – 12 Japanese students enjoyed an end-of-term lunch of Bento boxes to celebrate their achievements for the year and to have some fellowship between the senior grades. As we are unable to welcome our international visitors at the moment, it was a great opportunity to mix and reflect on our learning journey with Japanese thus far.
Year 10 Japanese students had the opportunity to Zoom with students from our sister school, Chiben Gakuen. While playing board games and conducting surveys with each other, they communicated in Japanese, to find out about the students’ lives as well as about Japan. A great time was had by all!
