Summary of Inclusions in Tuition fees

The College has developed a fee structure that incorporates as many inclusions as possible and seeks to minimise the number of requests for additional payments for school-related activities throughout the course of the year.
The Year Level Booklists on the College Website outline the specific requirements and additional costs for stationery and resources for each year level and class.

The College tuition fees include:

Junior School: Prep-5

  • Stationery
  • Swimming lessons
  • Year 4 and 5 Camps
  • Excursions and Incursions
  • College provided iPad with required apps

Middle School A: Years 6-7

  • Camps

  • Most curriculum-related costs
  • College provided iPad with required apps
    • The provision of iPads in Years 6 and 7 is new for 2024 and will be phased in over 2 years.
    • In 2024, it will include all Year 6 students and new Year 7 students. Current Year 6 students moving into Year 7 will continue with their current personal iPad. Parents can elect for the
      school to install all required apps and controls on personal iPads.
    • In 2025, all students in Years 6 and 7 will be provided with a College iPad

Middle School B: Years 8-9

  • Year 8 Camp and Year 9 Project Vila

Senior School: Years 10-12

Inclusions form part of the fee structure, regardless of whether or not students participate in events, camps, activities or programs. College uniforms, bags and some activities are not included in the fee structure.

The tuition fee includes participation in the College Music and Sport programs.

Music Program costs included in College Fees

  • Year 2 Strings Program: Individual instrument use, books and tuition provided for all students.
  • Year 5 Band Program: Individual instrument use, books and tuition provided for all students.
  • All ensemble and choir performance activities, including costs associated with visiting artists, weekend in-house workshops, boot camps, soiree nights, Musicfest and Fusion

Music Program costs NOT included in College Fees

  • Participation in Regional, National or International trips
  • Individual instrumental or vocal tuition
  • Eisteddfod entry costs
  • AMEB exams
  • Instrument purchase or rental
  • SHEP and AHEP participation (Secondary Honours Ensemble Program)

Sports Program costs included in College Fees

  • Timetabled Bayside District Sport (including travel and entry fees)
  • Christian Schools Sports Events and Carnivals (including travel and entry fees)

Sports Program costs NOT included in College Fees

  • Tournament Sport events (including travel and entry fees – costs allocated on a cost recovery basis)
  • Uniforms (including jerseys, shorts, socks etc)
Conditions
  • A discount of 2.5 % will apply to annual fees paid in full by the end of January.
  • Alternatively, our accounts department will calculate a suitable weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment plan to settle fees over the year.
  • Failure to settle fees by the due date, and unless there is a prior agreement (preferably a Bpay arrangement), the student’s enrolment may be reviewed.
