Congratulations to Michael Auton, Ruby Sweeney and Jemma Jones who have been offered traineeships with local businesses!
Congratulations: Michael Auton
CONGRATULATIONS are in order for Year 11 VET student Michael Auton, who successfully obtained a school-based traineeship with Ray White Beenleigh. Last year Michael completed a work experience block with Glenn Hamilton from Ray White Beenleigh and left quite an impression. Michael was then offered a School-Based Traineeship with them, and he jumped at the opportunity. Michael will complete a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) while working one day per week in his traineeship.
Congratulations Ruby Sweeney
Congratulations to Year 12 student, Ruby Sweeney, who after a very successful work experience placement with Harbour Day Spa, was offered a traineeship with them. It was due to Ruby’s work ethic and attitude, that they offered her a Business Administration School Based Traineeship with the intention of then commencing a Hairdressing Apprenticeship on completion of her Traineeship. This is EXCITING news for Ruby and is an example of what can come from a successful work experience placement. Ruby will be working at Harbour Day Spa on Fridays and Saturdays to complete her Traineeship.
Congratulations Jemma Jones
A huge congratulations to Year 11 VET student, Jemma Jones, who has been offered a School-Based Traineeship with Debi Brett Photography. Jemma has been working with Debi since December last year, and this has progressed into a traineeship. Debi is overjoyed with Jemma, and they are both very excited about this traineeship opportunity. Jemma will be completing a Certificate III in Business, working one day per week with Debi and attending TAFE one day per week. Well done, Jemma!
