Along with completing her Year 12 studies, Kate has been participating in numerous club, school, state and national touch football and oztag tournaments during 2021-2022. This has resulted in Kate being selected in the u18 Australian Touch Football squad, which makes her eligible to be selected in the Australian Emus for the Trans-Tasman Youth series in 2023 against New Zealand. Kate was also reselected in the u18 Australian Oztag team to play in 2023 against the best of the rest of the world with the possibility of travelling to Ireland for the International Tag Competition in August 2023.
