Term 4 Sports Aerobics Training
This term we will be building on the incredible momentum of 2025 with a focus on strength, conditioning, aerobics technique, skill refinement and team connection. Whether you are an existing athlete or joining us for the first time, Term 4 offers a fantastic opportunity to stay active, grow in confidence and be part of our amazing Redlands College Sport Aerobics cohort.
This is a 6 week program, commencing from 28 October, ending and including 2 December. Sign up is for the entire 6 weeks, not opt in session by session.
Start Date: Tuesday 28 October 2025 (6 week program)
Location: Sport Centre, J Block
Session Times: Tuesday mornings 7:15 am – 8:15 am

We have loved seeing our atheletes commence Term 4 training. We will continue to observe athletes and select our 2026 College teams during these Tuesday morning sessions.
