The REACH Awards are a peer-nominated award that recognises the exceptional commitment, innovation and Christ-centred service of our staff. Each term, we honour one teaching and one non-teaching staff member who exemplifies the values that shape our College community.

Caroline Hay – Teaching Staff
Caroline, a YR5 teacher in our Junior School, is known for her empathy and for creating a supportive classroom where every student feels valued and encouraged to thrive. She consistently goes above and beyond for both students and colleagues, making a lasting impact on the Redlands community through her care, encouragement and dedication.

Cathie Padbury – Non-Teaching Staff
Cathie, an Enrichment Aide in our Junior School, is recognised for her quiet generosity, steadfast faith and the calm, encouraging presence she brings to every student she supports. Through her service and involvement in worship, she enriches the spiritual life of the College community and uplifts those around her each day.
