SENIOR SCHOOL | πŸŒ… Year 12 Sunrise Service: A New Tradition at Redlands College πŸŒ…

Friday morning marked a significant moment for our Year 12 students as many of them gathered at The Point for the inaugural “Sunrise Service.” Led by our seniors and attended by 50 students along with a few staff guests, this student-led/school-endorsed event symbolised the start of their final year.
The “Sunrise Service” was a time of devotion and prayer, embracing new beginnings and the journey ahead. It captured the spirit of a fresh start, allowing our Year 12s to share in reflection and enjoy each other’s company, complemented by delicious pikelets, fruit and poppers.
This gathering represents the first step in creating a new tradition at Redlands College, fostering fellowship and a shared sense of purpose. It highlights the leadership of our Year 12 cohort, setting a positive tone for their year. We’re incredibly proud of our students for organising this meaningful event. Our hope is that the “Sunrise Service” will become a cherished tradition, enriching the senior year experience for future Year 12 students.
Thank you to everyone who made this morning memorable. Here’s to new traditions, guided by God’s grace, and our school community’s continued growth and unity.
