The Senior Boys Futsal Team travelled to Hibiscus Indoor Sports Centre on Friday, 10 March, for the inaugural CSSAQ Futsal competition. We were met with fierce competition from the beginning, with our boys winning all pool games except one (Citipointe Christian College). We lost this game 2-1. In the grand final, we started a very tactical game which was very physical, and we came away with a win, 2-0! A very, very exciting end to the day, and the boys and coach Mr Chad Wooding were ecstatic. We are very proud of the boys’ efforts and commitment to each other. Two of our boys were named to the 5-star team of the tournament, voted by each coach following pool games. Both Jack Herd and Jacob Sands were selected.
