This term, we proudly launched the REACH Awards—a peer-nominated award that recognises the exceptional commitment, innovation, and Christ-centred service of our staff. Each term, we honour one teaching and one non-teaching staff member who exemplifies the values that shape our College community.

Brad, a Senior School science teacher, is known for his deep care and commitment to every student. His classroom is a place of belonging, curiosity, and Kingdom-focused thinking. Brad consistently prioritises student wellbeing and leads with quiet strength, compassion, and an unwavering faith. He truly embodies the heart of Redlands College.

As Science Lab Coordinator, Liesl is the steady force behind countless learning experiences. With a spirit of excellence, she approaches every task—big or small—with care, integrity, and joy. Her support of staff and students alike is a testament to her servant-hearted leadership and deep love for learning.
