Thanks to our amazing community, Freeze-It Forward has supported many families with home-cooked meals over the past few weeks. However, our freezer stock is running low, and we need your help to keep this initiative going!

👩‍🍳 How You Can Help:

🍽️ Cook a Meal – Make a family favourite like lasagne, shepherd’s pie, pasta bake, casseroles, or quiche.
📦 Package & Label – Pick up foil containers and labels from the Tuckshop (anytime) or College Heart Kitchen (3:20-4:00pm).
🛍️ Buy a Meal – Short on time? Grab an extra frozen meal from the supermarket and donate it!
