You’ve probably heard that you should let kids work through boredom themselves. That’s reasonably solid advice – for older children. But if your child is between two and five? That guidance misses the mark.
When your preschooler says they’re bored, they’re not being difficult (although it feels like it). They’re telling you their developing brain genuinely needs your help.
