Notification of student absences are to be sent via SMS to 0416 905 254, email to Student Reception or entered into Parent Lounge – please include the student’s full name, year level and reason for absence.

It is essential that these details are kept up-to-date in the case of a medical emergency.
If there is a parental change in relationship (divorce or separation) – the Head of School should be notified. All information given to the Head of School will be treated in accordance with the Redlands College Privacy Policy. The Enrolments Office will follow up on any notifications of a change of family circumstance.
Please ensure all items of clothing are clearly named with your child’s first and last name in permanent ink in a place where the label cannot be removed. This needs to be checked from time to time as the name fades with washing.
If an item is lost the student should search the classrooms, bag racks and enquire with their teachers. If the item is not found the student can look in the Lost Property boxes located near the Year 5 Classroom for Junior School, in the Sport Centre or Student Reception for Middle and Senior school, or in the Lost Property box in the Uniform Shop.
If staff locate a named item, you may receive an SMS notifying you where the item can be collected. Unnamed uniform items will be sent to the Uniform Shop.

Bus
The College operates eight chartered bus services throughout the Redlands and Bayside areas from Redland Bay and Mt Cotton in the South to Wynnum and Manly in the North, and Gumdale, Chandler in the West – as well as all Redlands suburbs in between.
