Easter Baking Classes
Hi everyone,
The Easter school holidays are just around the corner, which means it’s time for our Kids Rock the Kitchen Easter Cooking Classes! We have two fun, hands-on classes running this April for both beginner and intermediate budding chefs.
Beginner Easter Baking Class (Prep–Grade 5)
Wednesday 16 April
9:00am – 12:00pm
In this class, our younger chefs will create three delicious Easter treats to take home:
• Easter Egg Rocky Road
• Hot Cross Bun Bread and Butter Pudding
• Easter Marshmallow Slice
Along the way they’ll learn kitchen basics, build confidence in the kitchen and of course have plenty of fun — including some Easter Karaoke to keep the energy high!
Intermediate Easter Baking Workshop (Grade 5+)
Thursday 17 April
9:00am – 12:30pm
This class is designed for older budding chefs who are ready to take their baking skills to the next level. They’ll mix, knead and decorate as they create:
• Easter Egg Cheesecakes
• Fresh Cream Buns
• Traditional Hot Cross Buns
As always, students will be guided through the recipes step by step while still having the freedom to get creative — and yes, Easter Karaoke will be making another appearance!
Both classes are held in the Redlands College commercial kitchens, and all students take their delicious creations home to share with family.
Spots always fill quickly for our holiday classes, so be sure to book early to secure your budding chef’s place.
